Fluff regularly for even fill distribution by holding opposite corners and tugging back and forth.
Spot cleaning if needed. Small stains may be removed by using warm water and gentle soap, but avoid bleach!
To refresh or fluff your Pillow, leave it outside on a dry day or use a dryer on the air fluff/no heat setting. Once very dry, shake the product out.
In the beginning, feather poking can happen, and this is completely normal. Regular fluffing and use help poking dissipate.
